Key responsibilities of this role include:* Planning, coordinating, communicating and modifying Hummingbird House roster/schedules within Hummingbird House rostering, daily support and communication of changes to admin teams and the Nurse Unit Manager.* Escalating rostering inefficiencies to the Service Leads.* Data entry in the Patient Administration System and other relevant systems/databases.* Validating schedules and rosters in the payroll system and generating reports.* Assisting with daily queries from staff.This is a part-time opportunity consisting of **22.5 hours** per week. The position is Fixed-Term until the **23/12/2026.****What Were Looking For*** Knowledge and experience in scheduling and rostering.* Ability to coordinate rosters with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.* Excellent personal organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and effectively in a busy environment with a high-level time management.**A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!*** Completed Certificate IV in Business (or working towards same or other relevant qualification) is highly regarded.**Essential Requirements*** Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.* Current Drivers Licence and willingness to travel for work[](blob:/ 1:23 #J-18808-Ljbffr
