We are partnering with a Facilities Management organisation looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a team on a large site providing routine and reactive maintenance and minor works. The Role Youll be responsible for delivering Facilities Management services across a large site, while overseeing other FM team members and contractors. Youll oversee staff managing reactive issues, including health and safety matters, isolations, initial make-safe actions, and first fixes, ensuring repairs are managed efficiently and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities Ensure effective technical delivery across the site, leading Facilities staff while ensuring the implementation of strong asset management strategies. Supervise results through conducting audits and inspections. Maintain high levels of operational efficiency and overall productivity. Strong stakeholder engagement skills from frontline to director level. Requirements Strong understanding of compliance and operational excellence. Cert III in Electrical or HVAC or a degree in Engineering. 7+ years of Australian based experience in technical facilities management to Australian Building Standards and WA regulations.
