Role Be the goto person for customers, guiding them from preconstruction through DA and CC approvals. Keep projects moving by working closely with consultants, council, certifiers and the internal team. Coordinate the details that matter documentation, reports, approvals, quotes and compliance. Keep clients in the loop with clear, confident updates (especially when things change). Keep everything organised, tracked and running smoothly while supporting the sales and construction teams. Improving systems and processes as the business continues to grow. Responsibilities Guide customers from preconstruction through DA and CC approvals. Coordinate documentation, reports, approvals, quotes and compliance. Work closely with consultants, council, certifiers and internal teams. Keep clients informed with clear, confident updates. Maintain organisation, tracking and workflow for smooth project progress. Identify and implement system and process improvements. Qualifications A love of the world of new home builds and construction. Experience with DA processes, planning, council or construction admin, or a background in coordinating consultants or regulatory workflows. A highly organised, structured and processdriven approach to work. Confidence in communicating clearly and holding boundaries. Detailfocus and comfort working in complianceheavy environments.
