Our purposebuilt facility near Katherine is part of a rapidly expanding regional cotton industry, with modern infrastructure, strong operational performance and a supportive team environment. As the Packing & Warehouse Operations Manager, youll oversee warehousing, storage and dispatch of cotton lint, seed and grain while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and biosecurity. Youll also maintain DAFF accreditations, perform handson fumigation activities and act as the primary onsite liaison for compliance. What Youll Do Manage warehouse operations including receival, storage, handling and dispatch Perform fumigation and treatment activities in line with DAFF requirements Maintain compliance, records and accreditations Support logistics, container loading and scheduling Contribute to improved procedures, safety initiatives and operational efficiency What Youll Bring Experience in warehousing, logistics or commodity handling Understanding of biosecurity and regulatory compliance Strong organisational and communication skills DAFF Authorised Officer accreditation (or ability to obtain) Fumigation accreditation/licence (or ability to obtain) Forklift licence and drivers licence Why Northern Cotton?
