The key to success will be your ability to manage, communicate effectively and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties. Responsibilities Managing Commercial and Retail Property Management to maximise value and income across the portfolio Identify commercial opportunities and deliver higher occupancy rates and higher returns Monitor state, local, and federal regulatory changes and take appropriate action Ensure all property assets are maintained and further developed to drive cost efficiencies and value Monitor and action critical dates and market reviews Manage and collaborate with the Property finance team Your ability to identify and mitigate risk across our portfolio is imperative. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Business or relevant discipline Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills Ability to provide support and encouragement to team members; sharing knowledge and expertise Experience with MS Project Suite essential; exposure to Progenesis highly regarded Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability Unquestionable integrity and a commitment to excellence Application We ask you the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
