The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relationships, lease negotiations, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. The role requires ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, managing budgets, addressing tenant inquiries, and enhancing client satisfaction. The Senior Property Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.QualificationsExperience in Property Management, lease negotiations, and tenant relationsKnowledge of budget management and property maintenance coordinationStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in property management software and familiarity with local property regulationsAbility to lead a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersAttention to detail and a customer-centric mindsetPrevious experience in commercial or residential property management is highly desirableRelevant qualifications or certifications in Property Management or Real Estate are an advantage
