This is a full Time, 6-month contract position based at our National Support Office in Kent Town, Adelaide. Youll enjoy a mix of office-based and field work, with occasional travel to pharmacies across our network. About the Role In this role, youll be instrumental in building capability, driving professional services, and ensuring operational excellence across our pharmacies. You will: Deliver Pharmacy Manager inductions and on-site training for pharmacists, interns, and support staff. Support the Intern Training Program (ITP) rollout and coordinate ongoing professional development. Conduct compliance and quality store audits to ensure stores are operating at a high quality and compliance standard Conduct workflow and operations analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with Area Managers to provide practical support and guidance at the store level. Work with the Professional Services team to complete reports and respond to store requests About You Youre an experienced, proactive, and adaptable pharmacist who enjoys developing others and improving pharmacy practice. Youll bring: Full AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia. Experience in community pharmacy and delivering professional services with strong clinical knowledge. Excellent communication and coaching skills. A background in Adult Education or Training (preferred) Strong organisational, administrative and analytical abilities. A collaborative, hands-on approach to problem solving.
