Supervisor / Site Manager - Builder Developer - Kallangur Whats On Offer Work for a builder who truly values the customer experience A solid, supportive management structure Autonomous role, ideal for an experienced Site Supervisor who takes ownership of their projects Overview Of The Role Join a growing, Australian-owned residential home builder backed by a successful development group, offering longterm stability and a strong forward pipeline. The business delivers a mix of house & land, contract builds and select spec projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and the endtoend customer experience. This opportunity will appeal to an experienced Site Supervisor who values autonomy, ownership of their projects and working within a supportive, qualityfocused environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the allocation of materials and trades to site to ensure projects are delivered on schedule Ensure homes are constructed in accordance with contractual requirements, approved drawings and specifications Inspect completed works to maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship Manage builds to ensure completion within agreed timeframes and budgets Ensure construction activities are carried out safely and in line with company systems and processes Monitor trade compliance with the company Safety Management System, WH&S legislation and internal procedures Conduct QA inspections at key construction milestones Ensure all required documentation and site records are completed accurately throughout the build process Requirements to Apply Trade background preferred; however, candidates with a Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Building/Construction will also be considered 310 years experience in a Site Supervisor / Site Manager role within a volume residential builder Highly organised, selfdriven and comfortable managing projects autonomously Strong computer literacy, with experience using construction management systems such as Onsite Companion Demonstrated experience conducting QA inspections throughout the construction lifecycle How to Apply To apply, please click Apply and submit your resume.
