We are a hands-on, creative, and solutions-driven team committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences.About the roleThis role offers exposure to digital marketing, content creation, logistics, customer experience, and operational processes within a dynamic small business environment.You will join the business at an exciting stage of expansion, with opportunities to influence creative direction, improve processes, and develop leadership capabilities as the brand continues to scale.This role would be suitable for an individual with an entrepeneurial mindset that is looking to grow with the business with the perspective of stepping into a more permanent, leadership role in the future.Primary objectives of the position1. Reporting to the Director, you will support day-to-day operations including product packing, organisation, stock handling, and order preparation.2. Develop high-quality, engaging social media content for RUGD''s social channels, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook that aligns with the brand, voice, and current marketing trends.3. Assist with general digital marketing tasks, including filming content, editing short-form videos, writing captions, and contributing ideas to campaigns.4. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies within the business, problem-solve independently, and offer creative solutions.5. Uphold brand consistency across all communications and ensure customers receive an exceptional end-to-end experience.Selection criteria1. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.2. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.3. Experience using TikTok and Instagram for content and Ad creation.4. Creative ability in filming, editing, and presenting ideas visually.5. Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.6. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.7. Comfortable with being in front of camera for filming purposes and film contentThis role would be require the successful candidate to work approx. 3-4 days per week from our warehouse in Baringa, QLD 4551.Desirable but not required: Experience in digital marketing, AI, e-commerce, or brand growth strategies.
