This role offers an outstanding platform for growth and career progression. Expertise and experience Highly competitive salary & signon bonus. Minimum 7 years PAE in property law. Sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate, experience with off the plan developments an advantage (not essential). Leasing documentation for landlord and/or tenant. Sale and purchase of business transactions and contract advice. Knowledge of all property related legislation Maintains a wellestablished network of clients, referrers, and industry contacts. Demonstrates strong financial acumen and business development capability, achieving personal and team billing and revenue goals through effective client relationship management.
