What youll be doing As the Leader, Group Accounting Services Corporate & Remuneration, youll be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services related to corporate, payroll, employee remuneration costs and Share Based Payments. Your work will be critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial reporting, while maintaining a strong internal control environment. Youll play a key role in overseeing the governance and integrity of cost recognition, including associated liabilities, provisions, and prepayments in the General Ledger. In addition, youll lead and support an onshore Senior Group Accountant and offshore accounting team, driving consistency, quality, and compliance with accounting standards. This is a handson leadership role that blends technical expertise with operational execution. Youll contribute directly to accurate financial outcomes, robust internal controls, and the continuous improvement of accounting processes across the group.
