Are you an experienced Accounts Coordinator looking for a flexible role in a growing construction business? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and streamline accounts and reporting processes across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Enter invoices accurately into accounting systems Prepare and issue invoicing and progress claims Oversee and coordinate pay runs Assist project teams with financial reporting Monitor work in hand and cash flow Prepare reports and items for monthly board meetings Oversee bank guarantees, bonds, and retention management Provide data analysis across clients, projects, and internal teams Skills & Attributes: Minimum 3 years experience in accounts/finance, preferably within the construction industry Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient with accounting systems (Cheops experience advantageous) Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights clearly Proactive, adaptable, and process-driven Comfortable balancing transactional and reporting responsibilities Whats on Offer: Flexible role structured as part-time or full-time, depending on experience A pivotal position influencing the financial health and reporting of projects Ownership of processes and opportunities for improvements Collaborative, professional team environment Long-term career development and growth potential Apply now to take the next step in your accounts career.
