The Role You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in delivering high-quality taxation compliance and business advisory services. This position offers strong client interaction, technical depth, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members. Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing a client portfolio Providing taxation compliance and advisory services Reviewing tax returns and financial statements Preparing returns and financials for companies, trusts, individuals and SMSFs Preparing BAS and IAS Advising on business structures, superannuation and strategic tax matters Supporting and mentoring junior staff Maintaining strong, professional client relationships About You Australian degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline CPA or CA qualified (or near completion) Minimum 5 years experience in public practice Strong knowledge of the Australian tax system and statutory obligations Experience with Xero, BGL360 and the ATO Tax Agent Portal Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills Client-focused, proactive and commercially minded This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong and career-driven professional seeking long-term progression within a respected and growing practice.
