You will sit across the table from sponsors and counterparties. You will run deals from mandate through closing. You will make judgment calls earlier and build client credibility faster. This is not a drafting-heavy support role. It is a seat where you influence outcomes and accelerate your development. Most mid-level roles limit your exposure. This one expands it.
