Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine engineering expertise with commercial acumen to produce accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area for a Proposal Engineer. Review client RFQs, tenders, and specifications to understand technical and commercial requirements. Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to develop tailored proposals. Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance matrices. Develop and maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and standard content. Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and technical details. Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on bid/no-bid decisions. Skills & Qualifications 25 years Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing Electrical Engineering skills Sales and Procurement experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering principles.
