About You Minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified Building Certifier (Level 2) Passion for delivering results for clients Ability to selfmanage and meet certification timelines Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement Strong team focus and collaborative spirit About the Role Lead with a collaborative, outcomedriven style Communicate effectively with clients, certifiers, and admin staff Stay current with updates to BCA, NCC, and Dept of Public Works & Housing Mentor and share knowledge with the team Run weekly sessions on technical changes and industry updates Act as the goto technical expert for certification queries Balance certification work with leadership, mentoring, and assessments Identify workflow gaps and take initiative to resolve them Undertake desktop assessments and allocate jobs across the team Review projects and prepare competitive quotes Qualifications / Licences Member of AIBS Diploma of Building Certification White card & current drivers licence Only Australian or New Zealand Citizens, Australian Permanent Residency holders, and candidates with fullworking rights in Australia should apply.
