Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial/Property Lawyer at Galea & Faustin Solicitors. The ideal candidate will be used to a fast-paced legal firm where time is of the essence, and our client''s needs must be met at all times. The successful person must be fully autonomous and be across all aspects of a commercial/property file portfolio, you will have a proven and demonstratable background in regard to your expertise in these areas. Structure and discipline will be your greatest strength ensuring a smooth flow of your matters at all times. The Lawyer will have 3 years PAE and be responsible for handling commercial contracts, providing legal advice, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. This role is based in Narre Warren, VIC with the flexibility of some work from home. Qualifications Law and Legal Advice skills Experience in Commercial Contracts and Legal Issues Familiarity with Data Privacy regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Admission to practice law in Victoria, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
