About the Role More and More Financials is seeking an exceptional Finance Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the home loan process from initial contact to settlement. Youll benefit from prequalified leads and robust support staff, ensuring your success. Role: Finance Broker Hours: Fulltime, 38 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years (Either as a Broker or Exp in the Finance Industry) What We Offer Immediate start Competitive salary: $80K $90K, based on experience Attractive retainer and commission structure Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities EndtoEnd Process Management: Engage with potential customers and guide them through the loan application process. Client Consultation: Understand clients needs and propose tailored credit solutions. Lead Management: Proactively manage and convert hot leads into successful loan applications and refinances. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Documentation and Compliance: Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents, ensure compliance with NCCP requirements, and collaborate with lenders credit teams. Administrative Support: Assist with valuation and pricing requests, maintain client files and complete MIRs. Team Collaboration: Work well within a team, showing high interpersonal and communication skills. About You To excel in this role, you should have: Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or equivalent experience in the Finance Industry) Strong knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and compliance requirements We require full accreditation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). If you are a suitable candidate, we will help you obtain one.
