Director, Hospitality Experience Australia Resorts: Perisher | Hotham | Falls Creek Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Application Period: January - February 2026 Shape the Future of Hospitality Across Australias Iconic Alpine Resorts As Director, Hospitality Experience , youll lead Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Retail, Rental and In-Resort Guest Service operations across Vail Resorts Australia overseeing a large, multi-site, guest-facing portfolio that sits at the heart of our resort experience. Reporting to our VP & GM - Perisher, youll be one of the most senior leaders in the Australian business, with genuine autonomy to set direction and drive impact across our Perisher, Hotham & Falls Creek resorts. Your mandate is clear and compelling: elevate guest experiences, deliver strong commercial performance, and lead high-performing teams through complex, high-volume seasonal operations all while embedding a culture grounded in safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
