Key Responsibilities Deliver commercially astute legal advice on high-stakes, cross-border disputes. Draft and review complex legal documents with precision. Collaborate with a high-performing team, mentoring junior associates. Contribute to knowledge-sharing and team development. What You Bring 3-6 years PQE in complex commercial litigation, insolvency, or restructuring from a top-tier firm. Outstanding drafting and technical skills. Strong academic credentials and a proven ability to provide timely, practical advice. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
