General Manager | Legal Recruitment | Building Strong Client & Candidate Partnerships | MBA | GAICD The Role Our client is a specialist law firm who is seeking an accomplished senior lawyer with expertise in defamation, financial lines, and commercial litigation to join its high-profile insurance and disputes practice. Specialist Law Firm Flexible / Hybrid Working Leading Insurance & Disputes Practice In this role, you will manage a diverse and complex mix of matters including defamation, financial lines, coverage, and commercial litigation. You will work on high-value, often high-profile disputes involving reputational issues, media and technology, professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, inquiries and inquests, and broader insurance matters. Many of the matters are in the public eye and involve collaboration with leading barristers. You will have genuine autonomy in running files, opportunities to mentor junior team members, and the ability to contribute to business development activities. The Team The successful candidate will join a collegiate, high-performing and supportive team, with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. Ideally, you will have a strong background in defendant insurance litigation, defamation, financial lines or commercial litigation and enjoy managing files end-to-end, maintaining direct client contact and building long-term relationships.
