Senior Enterprise Account Manager Account Director AI and Outsourcing Skill required: Account Management and Sales Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 5-10 Years Job Description: Were hiring an experienced Account Director Telecom to manage key accounts partnering with [24]7.ai across outsourced customer care and sales. The ideal candidate understands telecom operations and the technologies required to deliver high-quality service, including Conversational AI, analytics, and modern contact center solutions. This role requires daily orchestration of complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, blending BPO delivery with technology-led transformation. Travel required: approximately ~15-25% Reports to: Chief Customer Officer Core Requirements: 5+ years working/managing large telco relationships in the outsourcing industry Experience coordinating global delivery (labor law basics, data/privacy, transition/ramp) Strong commercial acumen: pricing levers, SLA/penalty constructs, term sheets, and negotiation Effectively lead complex sales in contracting, deployment and adoption Responsibilities: Act as the primary conduit between operations and technical services for the customers and Leverage executive networks to open doors and find ways to creatively change the conversation with [24]7 solutions Develop and perform strategic prospecting to expand relationships Run RFP/RFI/RFQ cycles end-to-end; drive exec alignment and win themes Partner with delivery centers to validate staffing models, ramps, and risk plans Forecast with precision What Success Looks Like 90 days: Develop client relationships and establish clear communications as a trusted advisor 180 days: Identify opportunities to expand the relationships. 12 months: Grow the existing relationship revenue by 10% OTE: Highly competitive, with accelerators for over-attainment SPIFFs for strategic product mix and multi-region deals Equity eligibility (role-dependent), plus standard benefits.
