Our Client, a commercial organisation in the insurance industry is expanding their architecture practice with 3 additional Solution Architects, each with their own stream. Experience leading projects relating to service improvement would be highly regarded Based in the city with 50% WFH The 3 projects: Greenfield project to review and help buildout the overall integration approach including the selection and implementation of a new integration platform Greenfield implementation of a HR solution and review of current Finance and Risk solutions Review of current applications and tools (over 200) and realignment with the new operating model Responsibilities They are looking to align with the QGEA framework Acting custodian for the overall vision and strategy of the Digital identity and Access Management Collaborating with the program/project manager, technical leads, and project staff to develop and execute a solution strategy that shapes, designs, and plans solutions across the full digital identity program Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code. Maintaining a repository for deliverables, methodologies, and documents, ensuring quality for internal and external documentation Work with project teams in definition of requirements for identity strategies of their projects into the Enterprise architecture. Partner with leaders with other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures. Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualise solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information) Creates reference architectures focused on detailed design principles, decision points, major systems and dependencies between business and IT (Information Technology) Works closely with the product owners and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
