As a Personal Trainer with ACH Group, youll design and deliver exercise offerings that empower older people to stay active, reduce the impact of chronic disease, and enjoy life to the fullest. This is a full-time role based at Christie Downs and Glenelg. What Youll Do Support residents and customers to reach their fitness and health goals through tailored activities Create engaging programs that inspire older people to stay active and confident Facilitate individual and group exercise sessions as guided by an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Build strong relationships with customers, families, carers, and Allied Health professionals Champion Healthy and Active Ageing across ACH Group About You Youre a skilled, enthusiastic Personal Trainer who genuinely cares about helping older people live a Good Life. You bring energy, empathy, and a commitment to quality care. Youll also have: Experience as a Personal Trainer (experience with older adults is highly valued) Strong motivational and engagement skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Certificate III or IV in Personal Training A police clearance less than 12 months old A genuine passion for supporting older people Bonus points if you also hold a Certificate III in Aged Care.
