This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is highly organised, detail-focused and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment. Working closely with Designers, Graphic Designers and key stakeholders, you''ll support the development and execution of artwork, manage samples and design documentation, maintain systems and brand assets, and assist with preparing designs for supplier handover. You''ll play a key role in ensuring timelines are met, information is accurate, and brand standards are consistently upheld. Please note: This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract THE ROLE: Provide administrative and operational support across design categoriesMaintain and update Dynamics / PLM systems, including style files, ensuring accuracy across departmentsPrepare and distribute colour palettes and design information to suppliersSupport sample management, including logging, tracking, organisation and storageAssist Graphic Designers with finalising and preparing artwork for supplier handoverSupport graphic artwork development for apparel, including placement, scale and colour accuracyManage and maintain the logo library, ensuring correct size, colour and usage across all departmentsMaintain artwork libraries, brand assets and style file visual imageryCompile and send finished artwork to suppliers and liaise where requiredCollaborate with Graphic and Textile Designers to ensure all graphic and textile applications meet critical timelinesOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics, Fashion or Textile DesignProficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential) and PhotoshopStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel)Experience with PLM or Dynamics systems highly regardedExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyConfident communicator with strong verbal and written skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong organisational skills to manage samples and design documentationMust hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).WHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
