We are dedicated to building a high-performance environment underpinned by a strong risk culture, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our members.Your New RoleReporting to the Senior Implementation Manager - Domains is a key enabler for the successful implementation of an internal program: overseeing the build of the plan views, representing the Domain in cross-functional project forums, translating the Program requirements into actionable business deliverables, definitions of done, artefacts and establishing adequate and efficient governance mechanisms.Key duties include but are not limited to:Business Integration Leadership: Act as the primary business-facing lead into the wider program, translating program-level initiatives into actionable plans for impacted business units.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives, ownership of deliverables, and readiness for change adoption.Resource Planning and Management: Develop and manage the Domain resource plan to ensure it has the necessary personnel and resources to meet project objectives.Project Coordination and Oversight: Oversee the planning, and delivery of the project initiatives related to domain, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals and timelines, including adjustment for scope, changes to deliverable dates, milestones and resourcesManage the Domain Implementation plan, adjusting for further scope creep, changes to deliverable dates and milestones, and managing accountable owners of the key tasks.Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with key stakeholders, including the project managers, initiative leads, Domain teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Reporting create and maintain reporting for status of implementation and present reporting at appropriate forums as required. What You''ll NeedBackground or experience in Risk or Risk related projects desirable.Significant experience as a project or implementation lead within Investments, Superannuation, Wealth or Markets environment, with proven experience on leading complex or large initiatives.Skilful application of well-designed change management and communication processes as they relate to instigating and delivering on programs of change.Experience in working under pressure, setting and manage conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.Developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsProfessional project management and change management expertise.
