As a Talent Resourcer, youll play a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team across a variety of portfolios at Wesley Mission Queensland. Youll be responsible for collecting and verifying candidate documentation, conducting initial screening calls, booking interviews, and ensuring all information is accurately captured in our systems. Youll also help maintain talent pools, support candidate communication, and contribute to a smooth and positive experience for every applicant. What Were Looking For Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. Demonstrated knowledge of endtoend recruitment processes. The ability to manage high volumes of applications. Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry trends. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders to provide clear and concise updates. Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. Additional (Not a MustHave) Experience in high volume recruitment and retention of frontline healthcare workers. Experience in talent searching using LinkedIn and SEEK. Proof of COVID19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
