Sales Estimator Maintenance and Renovations Projects | Gold Coast | Full-Time Are you a builder or tradesperson with a strong eye for detail whos ready to lead the front end of projects? The Role Whether youre already estimating or stepping off the tools, were open to the right fit and will provide support to help you succeed. You will: Attend site meetings, meet with clients, and complete detailed site assessments Prepare accurate, timely quotes and cost estimates for a range of small to mid-sized residential renovation and maintenance projects, as well as commercial maintenance works. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, obtain and compare quotes, and identify new trades/suppliers where needed Prepare clear, detailed scopes of work that give both clients and the site team a shared understanding of whats included Work closely with our supervisor, site team and office team to share information, resolve questions early and support smooth, successful project delivery You will work independently day to day, build confidence through strong client connections, think creatively to overcome obstacles, and deliver clear, accurate quotes that set projects up for success About You You will be a great fit for this role if youre practical, client-focused, and take real pride in the quality of your work. Ideally you have: A trade background (carpentry highly regarded) or relevant construction/estimating experience Strong estimating and reporting skills, with experience scoping, quoting and seeing jobs through to completion Confident attending site visits independently and managing quotes for multiple sites each week Excellent time management, staying organised and in control when things get busy Clear, down-to-earth communicator with a genuine, can-do attitude Solid computer skills and strong attention to detail in all documentation Collaborative, team-first mindset with a genuine desire to grow within a values-based business You understand the construction process, key inspection points, and WHS requirements. You take pride in ensuring your quotes are accurate, achievable, and set the site team up for success.
