Be part of a company that gets things moving and build a career that moves with it.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Warehouse Billings & Administrator to support the overall warehouse function and the accurate and timely processing of warehouse-related invoicing activities. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management: Enter and maintain data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate cycle counts and inventory maintenance.Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, labelling, and other warehouse administrative tasks as required.Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth transition for true door-to-door service.Order Fulfilment: Release orders in the WMS for pickers, facilitating efficient order fulfilment.Documentation: Prepare paperwork for truckloads, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.Process Improvement: Implement and improve processes and procedures for stock receipts in the warehouse.Reporting: Develop daily reports and address discrepancies in stock on hand (SOH).Verification: Verify product codes and categories to ensure stock information reflects billing accurately for all customers.QualificationsStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and billing.Previous experience in a similar role.Industry experience is beneficial.Proven ability to monitor performance, identify issues, and suggest practical improvements.Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making using relevant information and available options.Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new information and evolving processes.Excellent clerical and critical thinking skills to support accurate administrative functions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when managing client queries or issues.Reliable, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.Welldeveloped organizational and timemanagement skills to handle competing priorities.Solid knowledge and experience in warehouse operations and logistics.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong overall computer literacy.Additional InformationWhy Mondiale VGL?Be part of a dynamic and growing team in a global company with over 40 years of industry expertise.Join a supportive, energetic environment where no two days are the same.Build a career where your impact drives the future of the logistics and freight teams.Apply now and be part of the team at Mondiale VGL.We believe our people are our greatest strength and the diversity of our team is central to how we grow and succeed.
