The Role Based at our Central Support Office in South Perth, you will assist the Procurement Manager and team with daytoday procurement activities, gaining exposure to endtoend processes, supplier engagement, and reporting, while learning governance and risk management. Key Responsibilities Assist with operational procurement and contract management. Process purchase orders accurately with correct approvals. Support sourcing, quotes, and supplier evaluations. Maintain purchase order and contract registers. Contribute to procurement reporting and simple analysis (spend summaries, KPIs). Draft or manage procurement documents (contracts, requisitions, purchase orders). Identify process issues and suggest improvements. Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements. About You You are proactive, detailoriented, and eager to learn. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks comfortably. Skills & Experience Some experience in administration, customer service, purchasing, or logistics. Interest in procurement, governance, and risk. Basic understanding of procurement processes or willingness to learn. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office; SharePoint or procurement systems (e.g., COUPA) desirable. Able to follow instructions, work under supervision, and take on growing responsibility. Satisfactory National Police Certificate (within six months). Fully vaccinated per RAAFA and public health requirements. Eligible to work in Australia. How to Apply Update your resume.
