The Opportunity The successful candidate will not just manage an operation; they will be the leader responsible for upholding the highest standards of care and fostering a thriving community for residents and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Clinical and Quality Oversight: Provide strategic leadership to ensure the facility meets and exceeds all accreditation guidelines, and that highquality clinical care is delivered consistently. This includes coordinating medical care plans, monitoring medication compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and wellbeing. Operational and Administrative Leadership: Oversee all daytoday management and operational functions of the facility. This includes managing administrative duties, allocating staff resources, and ensuring the physical environment of the residence is maintained to a high standard. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of clinical and care professionals, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment that promotes continuous learning and professional growth. Resident and Family Engagement: Drive positive care outcomes by fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. Build a system of support that addresses the holistic needs of residents, ensuring they feel respected, valued, and connected to their community.
