Our Client A 3 partner firm based in West Perth with over 20 staff, servicing client requirements across areas of tax including planning, forecasting and projections that will involve the incumbent of this role. Having worked with a flat structure of Accountants from Graduate to Senior, this role will initially start by learning the practice''s methods and processes, get to work with each of the Partners closely and get a solid understanding of the clients. From July, the person will then take control of a large portion of client fees directly, handling the client relationships, delegating work to the group and managing the workflow and quality of work being produced by the team. What we are looking for CA/CPA Qualified individual with 10+ years experience in WA accounting firms Someone with experience in managing a team of accountants Experience managing a fee base of approx $1.2-1.5m Meeting with clients and engaging them in order to foster strong relationships and ongoing growth In terms of systems, the firm currently using Xero (XPM & Ledger), FYI, Fusesign, Active Workpapers so any experience in these products is a bonus Ideally someone looking for a equity opportunity in the next 2-5 years Salary is flexible depending on experience, but up to $150k + Super + parking is available If this opportunity is jumping off the page for you, please reach out to Ross Stephens on 0447346883 for a confidential chat or apply directly!
