Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment. Your day will involve: Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting General yard housekeeping and maintenance What are we looking for? Interest in the concrete industry as full training will be provided Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reportingFlexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required Whats on offer?
