We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Trainer to deliver foundational skills under the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program in Caloundra. Your Role: Deliver tailored, engaging training in LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy & Digital) skills to adult learners. Adapt delivery methods and materials to suit diverse learning needs and styles. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Build and maintain strong connections with referral agencies and community partners. Monitor and assess learner progress using national frameworks. Promote the SEE Program and contribute to community awareness initiatives. What You''ll Need: Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher in adult education). TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skill Set (or willingness to obtain). 100+ hours of adult education experience, ideally in LLND or EAL. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a learner-centred approach. Understanding of RTO compliance and training contract requirements.
