This role will suit a reliable, safety focused operator who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive crew. About the roleYou will be responsible for operating vacuum excavation trucks across a range of civil and infrastructure projects on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane. Duties will include non destructive digging, site preparation, equipment maintenance, and working closely with supervisors and site crews to deliver works safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities Operate vac trucks safely and efficiently Perform vacuum and hydro excavation works Locate, identify, and protect underground services Use standpipes in accordance with local authority and site requirements Conduct daily pre starts and basic maintenance Comply with site safety and environmental requirements Work collaboratively with site teams and supervisors About you Previous experience operating vac trucks Current HR licence White Card Relevant RIIs, including: RIIMPO337 Conduct Civil Construction Vacuum Truck Operations (or equivalent) RIICCM202E Identify, locate and protect underground services Current standpipe training and authorisation Strong commitment to safety and quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Ability to follow instructions and site procedures What we offer Ongoing work with a stable and growing business Competitive rates and conditions Well maintained equipment Supportive team environment Opportunities for long term career progression If you are an experienced Vac Truck Operator looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
