What you bring: Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care. Availability to work AM, PM and night shifts weekday and weekends. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families. Ability to understand and implement resident care plans. Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors. Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills. Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
