Job Description

The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role leads the core financial reporting and governance function, with accountability for statutory reporting, audit, internal controls, tax oversight, budgeting and forecasting across a multisite environment. The Senior Manager Finance is a key partner to the executive team, supporting decisionmaking through clear, accurate and insightful reporting and contributing to monthly business reviews and executive forums. Key Responsibilities Endtoend ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting through to statutory accounts. Oversight of audit processes and engagement with external auditors and the Audit & Risk Committee. Oversight of tax compliance, with daytoday tax preparation managed internally and supported by external tax advisors, ensuring changes in tax and regulatory requirements are implemented. Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles, partnering with the executive team to support business planning and performance management. Strengthening internal controls, financial governance and compliance across the business. Driving continuous improvement across finance systems and processes (JD Edwards experience advantageous, not essential). Partnering with the CFO and broader executive team, with exposure to strategy and business performance. Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team. About You You are a senior finance leader with strong technical foundations and a pragmatic, collaborative leadership style. You are a selfstarter who thrives on accountability, builds highperforming teams and partners confidently with senior stakeholders across the business. You Will Bring CA or CPA qualification. Strong experience across financial accounting, statutory reporting, audit and tax compliance. Proven experience leading and developing finance teams. Confidence engaging with executives and committees. Experience operating in a multisite environment (desirable). Strong systems capability (JD Edwards exposure advantageous, not essential).
