We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our friendly team on a 4-5 day work week, with some flexibility. Your Role: As a Client Services Administrator, you will be integral to our client service process, handling client files from start to finish. You will support our Senior Adviser in research preparation, client liaison, and implementation of financial advice. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing Statements of Advice. Addressing existing client requests. Performing day-to-day clerical and administrative functions. Conducting performance compliance checks to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Assisting with general office duties, including providing support to other team members and reception relief when needed. The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate: Self-motivation and enthusiasm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Knowledge and experience in financial planning. Experience using Xplan. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly demeanour, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment. Financial planning qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
