About the Role As our Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, build a motivated sales team, and create an outstanding showroom experience for our customers. This is a handson leadership position where you will lead by example on the sales floor while helping manage the daily operations of the store. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets Support the Store Manager in driving store sales and performance outcomes Assist with rostering, administration, and daily operational tasks Maintain high visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards Confidently resolve customer enquiries and provide effective solutions What Were Looking For Proven experience in retail sales (furniture experience highly regarded but not essential) Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role A strong track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs A passion for customer service and team development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work weekends Whats In It For You?
