We are seeking a senior operational professional to take ownership of the administrative and operational engine of the business. This is a responsibilityfirst role designed for someone in a stable life stage who is ready to commit longterm and take full ownership of operational structure. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE To ensure payroll, rostering, reporting, compliance, and administrative systems run with precision, consistency, and reliability without daily founder involvement. This role is about operational stability. Not title.Not politics.Not strategy theatre. Execution. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Fortnightly payroll (accuracy, compliance, verification) Roster planning and operational scheduling Daily escalation cycle and internal reporting Weekly and monthly operational reports Procedure documentation and system updates Admin team supervision and workload allocation Compliance tracking and policy adherence Identifying inefficiencies and strengthening workflows Ensuring operational continuity across all locations You will be the operational reference point for head office. Precision and followthrough are nonnegotiable. WORKING STRUCTURE Fulltime, onsite role (40 hours per week). Operational rhythm currently runs: Monday: 8:00am 5:00pm TuesdayThursday: 9:00am 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am 4:30pm Saturday: 10:00am 12:00pm This structure supports multisite stability and is not negotiable. COMPENSATION $95,000 $105,000 + Super Remuneration reviewed after successful probation based on demonstrated performance, ownership and operational impact. Sixmonth probation with structured performance checkpoints. We are prepared to compensate appropriately for the right longterm fit.
