Robinvale District Health Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Robinvale, Victoria, this role provides essential support to our multidisciplinary Allied Health team, helping clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals. This isa fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes within a supportive regional health service. About the Role As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work under the supervision of qualified Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Full time $60,000 $70,000 per year Key responsibilities include: Assisting Allied Health professionals in the delivery of client care and rehabilitation programs Supporting clients with mobility, self-care and daily living activities Setting up, maintaining and cleaning therapy equipment and treatment areas Providing administrative support to the Allied Health team Participating in client assessments and goal setting (under supervision) Educating and supporting clients and their families/carers Maintaining accurate client records and documentation About You Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent qualification) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Empathy, patience and a genuine passion for improving client outcomes The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer Salary packaging options Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Employee benefits, including health insurance discounts A supportive and inclusive team environment About Us Robinvale District Health Services is a leading provider of primary healthcare services in regional Victoria.
