We plan, design, build, own, and operate the cold storage facilities with our own people! The Opportunity: The Finance Business Partner will review NewColds accounting and finance documentation, extract and analyse key data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for decisionmaking. The role collaborates closely with operational and financial stakeholders within a highvolume environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyse operational and financial data to deliver clear insights that support commercial decisionmaking. Build, maintain, and improve forecasting, budgeting, and commercial models. Partner closely with Operations, Engineering to validate assumptions, understand business drivers, and influence performance outcomes. Prepare monthly performance reporting, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, throughput and cost reporting, and performance bridges, with clear commentary for leadership and global finance. Lead the rolling 12month forecasting process, analysing movements, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to drive proactive business decisions. Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan, working with leaders to consolidate budgets and prepare analysis and presentation materials for review and submission. Manage the Capital Expenditure Request process from end to end, including financial modelling, ROI/NPV assessments, stakeholder collaboration, and monitoring project impacts and approval status. Knowledge, skills and abilities were looking for: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. CPA/CA qualification preferred but not essential. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar accounting role. Strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail. Are You NewCold Material?
