Food & Beverage Supervisor Full Time InterContinental Adelaides Atrium Lounge offers a sophisticated space where guests relax, connect and enjoy expertly crafted beverages and allday dining. Were seeking a passionate, experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the team in delivering warm, seamless, and elevated service. Your DaytoDay Supervise the restaurant & bar during service, ensuring a premium guest experience aligned with InterContinentals luxury standards. Support and guide team members during shifts, ensuring they follow service and grooming standards. Coordinate daily operational tasks, including setup & packdown, to maintain a fivestar standard and timely table turnover. Manage roster adjustments and shift coverage in real time to support efficient service delivery. Look after stock and supplies place orders, help with stock counts and resolve any stock issues. Interact professionally with guests, offering warm, attentive service and resolving issues promptly. Deliver training and mentorship to new and current team members, focusing on refined service techniques and product knowledge. Follow all safety & health rules, ensuring the team works safely. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other departments to support seamless operations and guest satisfaction. What We Need From You Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior F&B or supervisory role, ideally within a premium dining environment. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine highly regarded. A confident leader with a handson approach and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to maintain high service standards in a dynamic, guestfacing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guestfirst mindset. Knowledge of stock and inventory control systems is beneficial. Sound understanding of health & safety compliance. Impeccable personal presentation and commitment to reliability. Full Australian working rights are essential.
