Working closely with senior clinical leaders and the Emergency Department Nurse Unit Manager, the Head of Unit will provide strategic and operational leadership to support highquality patient care, multidisciplinary team development, and strong clinical governance. A key focus will be preparing the service for the new, expanded Emergency Department opening in 2027. This role combines clinical practice with impactful leadership during a significant redevelopment phase.
