Beyond the tech, were looking for someone who: Is a natural leader and mentor - enjoys helping others succeed Takes ownership and follows through Enjoys customer engagement and being a trusted advisor Thrives in a growing environment where you can shape how things are done Youll work across a mix of project delivery, escalations, and customer engagement, including: Leading end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects for managed customers Acting as a senior escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues and keeping stakeholders informed Translating customer needs into practical, wellcommunicated technical solutions Running discovery sessions and providing recommendations, roadmaps, and guidance Supporting onboarding of new customers into managed services environments Partnering with customers to improve stability, security, and operational maturity Contributing to presales conversations, scoping, risk identification, and technical input Mentoring junior engineers and helping uplift the broader team Helping refine tools, standards, and processes as the environment grows Youll bring strong capability across modern infrastructure and cloud, including: Virtualisation platforms and supporting infrastructure Networking fundamentals - firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP, routing basics, VLANs, connectivity troubleshooting Working across varied customer environments with confidence and structure Security mindset - hardening, controls, and advising customers on best practice Experience implementing network or firewall changes ITIL or structured service delivery experience Exposure to project delivery or formal project environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
