Job Description At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), were looking for a commercially astute and strategic Commercial Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the GM of Finance, this high-impact role partners closely with leaders to drive performance, deliver meaningful insights, and support key business decisions across our retail and wholesale operations. About The Role As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting business performance through analysis, modelling, and strategic planning. You''ll work cross-functionally to provide financial insights that influence growth, margin, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis to drive performance across business units Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making Build and maintain financial models across pricing, profitability, and scenario planning Prepare monthly performance reporting, board packs, and executive dashboards Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and visibility Support strong financial governance and risk management practices About You You are commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident working with senior stakeholders. You enjoy translating complex data into practical insights that drive results.
