We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to support site operations at Rolleston Mine in the South Bowen Basin region. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support ongoing mining operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory control of parts/tools for the Heavy Maintenance Equipment workshop Manage ordering, receiving, storing & dispatching Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data entry (including SAP and site-specific systems) Support stock coordination, stocktakes, and OEM level services Experience in unloading and loading of freight Ensure warehouse housekeeping standards using 5S and maintain a clean, safe workspace Follow and uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures Provide timely updates, reporting, and daily task confirmations to supervisors Identify and report issues such as damaged goods or delays, and assist with resolving them Support team operations through meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective communication Manage workload to meet schedules and escalate tasks that cannot be completed on time What Youll Need Minimum 3 years warehouse experience or exposure in a similar role High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) essential SAP experience highly regarded Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain) Strong safety mindset, reliability, and a positive team attitude Why Wisely?
