Lead the Team. Get Out on the Road. Keep Customers Moving. Were looking for a friendly, reliable, proactive and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to oversee daily workflows and provide supportive leadership to a motivated team. In this role, youll enjoy a mix of essential office administration and onthe-road tasks-delivering and collecting vehicles to ensure every partner and customer receives a seamless, outstanding experience. Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day team coordination and operational tasks. Act as key escalation point for urgent matters and operational challenges in the absence of a manager, helping to maintain seamless branch operations. What Youll Bring Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry. A full and clean drivers license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity. Physical ability to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery Exceptional customer service skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
