This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a small-format post office with strong local customer loyalty and consistent daily trade. About the Role As Post Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily postal and retail operations Ensure compliance with Australia Post standards and procedures Oversee stock control, banking, and reporting Build strong relationships with local customers and the pharmacy team About You We''re looking for someone who: Has previous retail or postal management experience Understands compliance and cash handling procedures Is confident managing KPIs and financial performance Has strong leadership and communication skills Thrives in a community-focused environment ~ Is reliable, organised, and solutions-focused Experience within a licensed post office or similar regulated retail environment will be highly regarded.
