About the Role The Superintendent - Utilities leads a team responsible for the safe and sustainable delivery and maintenance of all nonoperations utilities across site. This includes employee accommodation, office facilities, warehouses, and other nonoperations surface infrastructure. The role ensures these critical site services operate reliably, safely, and efficiently to support the broader mining operation, while maintaining high standards of asset management, contractor oversight, and workforce leadership. Key Accountabilities Provide leadership and oversight of nonoperations utilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and costeffective service delivery across site, including: Maintenance & Asset Management: Ensure safe operation and maintenance of nonoperations utilities including accommodation infrastructure, warehouses and stores, site offices, and other surface facilities. Operational Planning & Scheduling: Develop and oversee shortterm maintenance schedules (03 months) and contribute to medium and longterm asset management and capital improvement plans. Infrastructure Projects & CAPEX Delivery: Supervise and support delivery of utilitiesrelated capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with engineering and operational standards. Contractor Management: Manage contracts, monitor contractor performance, and ensure external service providers meet contractual and safety obligations. Budget & Cost Control: Contribute to the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, manage expenditure within approved budgets, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
